Is an electronic torque wrench more accurate than a traditional torque wrench?

What about those new jump boxes? They're about the size of your hand. Are they as good as the big boxes?
“As a matter of fact, I recently purchased two ‘mini' jump boxes for my shop. The techs love them! Don't get me wrong, I still have a couple of the traditional jump boxes and they work well. But, when they expire, I will replace them with the new style.
