Forbes to keynote AAPEX general session

LAS VEGAS (June 24, 2014) — Steve Forbes, chairman and editor-in-chief of Forbes Media and a onetime presidential candidate, will be keynote speaker at the general session of the Automotive Aftermarket Products Exposition (AAPEX) Nov.5 in Las Vegas.

Mr. Forbes is the author of a new book, Money: How the Destruction of the Dollar Threatens the Global Economy and What We Can Do About It.

The AAPEX general session will take place in the Palazzo Ballroom of the Venetian Hotel from 8 to 8:50 a.m. It is a new event replacing both the Town Hall Breakfast hosted by the Auto Care Association and the Executive Breakfast hosted by the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association, the light aftermarket division of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association.

Organizers expect the 2014 AAPEX to feature more than 2,400 exhibitors, 5,000 booths and 140,000 attendees from the automotive aftermarket industry. For more information, visit the AAPEX website.
