BETHESDA, Md. (June 20, 2014) — The Auto Care Association (ACA) is the exclusive platinum sponsor for the newly released third edition of the “Automotive Resource Guide: A Reference for U.S. Exporters.”
Prepared by the U.S. Commercial Service's Global Automotive Team, the new resource guide is designed to help U.S. companies identify likely export markets for U.S. automotive products and services, the association said.
The U.S. Commercial service is part of the Department of Commerce, whose mission is to bring together resources from across the U.S. Government to assist American businesses in planning their international sales strategies.
The guide offers foreign market intelligence, such as market entry, industry trends, primary competitors, trade barriers, statistical data and additional resources to help increase international sales, according to the ACA.
A new section, “Used and Remanufactured Automotive Products,” addresses the market challenges and opportunities for suppliers of used and remanufactured automotive products in foreign markets.
