Centric Parts names four to management team

INDUSTRY, Calif. (June 12, 2014) — Aftermarket brakes and components manufacturer Centric Parts has hired several key staff members to bolster its executive management team, in large part to “keep apace of the company's steady growth,” it said.

“In order to better manage our growing operations and planned future growth, Centric Parts is continuing to enhance its corporate management team by adding key positions,” said Dan Lelchuk, president and CEO, Centric Parts. “We are building a deep and strong bench.”

New team members include:

• Sal Bora, vice president of operations—previously has managed all aspects of operations during his career, Centric Parts said, including manufacturing, purchasing, inventory control, production control, engineering, quality, testing, finance and more.

• Steve Hansen, engineering manager—brings to Centric Parts four decades of experience in the automotive industry, including stints with companies such as Ford Motor Co., General Motors and Mahindra.

• Greg Hernandez, director of business systems—has served in a variety of roles throughout his career, including a programmer, systems analyst, project manager, applications development manager, security and change control manager, disaster recovery coordinator and information technology vice president, among others.

• Gilbert Loy, quality manager—has decades of experience as a manufacturing engineer, senior quality engineer, quality manager, principal quality engineer and operations manager in industries such as aerospace, medical and automotive.
