MERRIMACK, N.H. (May 9, 2014) — ASA Automotive Systems Inc. has released the latest versions of both TireMaster 8.8.0 and TireMaster POS 3.8.8, software dedicated to independent tire dealers.
ASA Automotive upgrades TireMaster software
The updated provide ASA dealers with more control in streamlining workflow and improving customer service, according to the Merrimack-bases software systems provider.
Many of the enhanced features in this latest TireMaster release were developed as a direct result of user input gathered during workshops at the most recent ASA Client Conference, the firm said.
Features include:
• A CARFAX integration that will help dealers quickly add a new customer vehicle while instantly populating accurate VIN, year, make, and model detail and with access to service history reports;
• Additional flexibility with shop charge calculations; and
• Simplifying the sales process to customers who have national-account or government-support agreements with various vendors, improved inventory list sorting and database search capabilities and increased functionality in the quote/estimate writer.
ASA said TireMaster is an integrated point-of-sale and accounting system that helps tire dealers perform fast transactions, sell more products and services, improve customer interaction, track customer history, market to and retain customers and create an environment to increase tire store profitability.
“We continue to strive to demonstrate our support of our clients through innovative new updates that allow our products to better serve these tire dealers,” said Dave Vogel, vice president and general manager at ASA Automotive Systems.
“By listening to our customers and responding to the various ways our software is used in the marketplace, we look to continually advance the capabilities and features inherent in our systems.”
