FORT PIERCE, Fla. (May 9, 2014) — Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores L.L.C opened its second travel stop in Fort Pierce on May 8.
The location, at Exit 131 on I-95, does not at this time have an on-site Love's Truck Tire Care center, but the company said it plans to add one later this summer.
“The second location is more convenient for drivers who use I-95, while our first location in Fort Pierce provides easier access for drivers who use Florida's Turnpike,” said Greg Love, co-CEO of Love's. “Our additional location will allow us to offer the ‘Clean Places, Friendly Faces' Love's is known for to more drivers in the Fort Pierce area.”
The new stop has 126 truck parking spaces and offers bulk DEF at the pump at all diesel lanes, along with RFID cardless fueling technology, CAT scales, and other amenities to serve professional drivers.
Family-owned and -operated Love's was founded in 1964 by Tom Love. It operates more than 310 locations, including 190 with Love's Truck Tire Care centers, in 39 states and is growing at about 20 stores per year.
