SAN MARCOS, Calif. (May 6, 2014) — A dozen affiliated independent NAPA AutoCare providers in the San Diego area, banded together as North County NAPA AutoCare, have launched a dedicated website to broaden their program's benefits to a wider potential audience.
The site provides information regarding the benefits of choosing a NAPA AutoCare Center, with an emphasis on NAPA's nationwide warranty that's supported by more than 14,000 shops and mechanics across the U.S., the company said.
“We're excited to launch the new website,” said Matt Herr, director of the group and owner of a NAPA Auto Parts store in San Diego. “It's important for North County vehicle owners to find a trustworthy shop that's nearby, and NAPA AutoCare Centers provide the peace of mind that comes with national support.”
The site also includes:
- A “Consumer Education” section, which provides several pages of informative articles and videos that aid consumers in understanding auto repairs and services;
- The “NAPA Service Assistant,” a visual resource that provides detailed information about automotive components, repairs and maintenance; and
- An AutoCare Center location finder that includes each member business' contact information, photo galleries and customer testimonials.
“As a group of well-established businesses, it was important that we put a professional face on our organization,” Mr. Herr said, “and the new website does that well.”
NAPA Auto Care Centers provide certified, professional automotive service and repair work, backed by NAPA's nationwide warranty, which includes 24 month/24,000-mile coverage honored by more than 14,000 shops and mechanics nationally.
The businesses in the collective are: Carlsbad Auto Service in Carlsbad; Brian's Automotive, G&R Auto & Truck Repair, Rollies Automotive and West Escondido Auto & Transmission in Escondido; Mastertech, Oceanside Automotive, Oceanside Tire & Service Center and North County Auto Service in Oceanside; Penasquitos Auto Repair in San Diego; FAST Automotive in San Marcos; and B&D Automotive Repair & Service in Vista.
