AUSTIN, Texas (April 17, 2014) Amanda DeHart, service manager at a Firestone Complete Auto Care store in Austin, recently spoke to Tire Business reporter Jennifer Karpus at the Bridgestone DriveGuard ride-n-drive event in Austin. In this video, Ms. DeHart details how she helps customers learn about basic car maintenance.

She said the first step is to identify what the customer’s needs are by getting as much information as possible and then make sure to take care of that problem. After the problem is solved, then determine any further preventive maintenance.
