POWAY, Calif. (April 14, 2014) — Mitchell Repair Information Co. L.L.C.'s Mitchell 1 brand is hosting training sessions for automotive service professionals seeking assistance in using its products through the new Get2Know Training Center section of its website.
Sessions cover various product features and include real-world example lookups, followed by questions and answers, Mitchell said. Live training is available for Mitchell's ProDemand repair information software, as well as SureTrack, ProPack (Lube Sticker Pro, Message Pro and Report Pro) and products covering Class 4-8 trucks.
All upcoming training sessions are listed by week on the homepage of the Get2Know Training Center website and on Mitchell's monthly calendar of events page, the firm said.

In addition to live training, Mitchell said the Get2Know Training Center also provides a library of training videos for ProDemand, covering topics like vehicle selection, maintenance, codes, components, service manual, SureTrack, estimated guide and quotes. Video training available for the Manage SE shop management software includes convenient learning modules accessible 24/7, the company said.
