NORFOLK, Va. (April 14, 2014) — Dennis McCarron, former national management instructor for Bridgestone Americas' retail operations, has joined Dealer Strategic Planning Inc. (DSP) as a 20 Group facilitator.
Mr. McCarron was an instructor the Bridgestone retail network for the past 10 years, and prior to that he was managed Bridgestone retail stores for eight yeas, DSP said. During his time with Bridgestone he helped create and implement the company's developmental training program for store managers.
He is certified in DISC facilitation (interactive and personality valuation) and dimensional selling and coaching, DSP said.
“Dennis will bring another dimension of leadership training to make our powerful team even stronger,” said Norm Gaither, a founding partner of the Norfolk-based business.
“His credentials align very well with the marketing, operations and financial expertise already on staff. We are anxious to introduce Dennis to our customers at our upcoming cycle of meetings.”

DSP serves store owners representing nearly 375 retail outlets. With the addition of Mr. McCarron, the 20 Group facilitators collectively have 148 years of tire industry experience.
