Alliance Tire to sponsor tractor pulls

WAKEFIELD, Mass. (April 10, 2014) — Alliance Tire Americas Inc. has signed a three-year sponsorship deal with the National Tractor Pullers Association (NTPA).

The goal of the deal is, according to Alliance, to help raise awareness for the Alliance brand by exposing it to fans attending tractor pulls across the Midwest and South, as well as to the thousands who follow the action on RFD-TV and online.

“Becoming a supporter of tractor pulling events is a natural fit for Alliance. We talk about horsepower, traction and performance all day long — out in the field with customers, on the line with equipment manufacturers and in our design and engineering meetings,” said Manny Cicero, president of Alliance Tire Americas. “As a world leader in agricultural tire technology, we think there is great audience for our products among pulling fans around the country.”
