    Dueler H/L Alenza Plus Bridgestone Americas

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 4, 2014) — Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations (BATO) has unveiled the Dueler H/L Alenza Plus for premium SUVs, CUVs and light trucks.

    The Dueler H/L Alenza Plus carries an 80,000-mile limited treadwear warranty and offers improved fuel-efficiency with a new tread compound composed of 5-percent recycled rubber.

    “At Bridgestone, we're engineering all of our tires with incredible, new technologies that work smarter for today's drivers,” said Justin Hayes, consumer tire product manager, Bridgestone Americas. “We have taken one of our best selling tires, the Dueler H/L Alenza, and made it even better.”

    According to BATO, additional features of the Dueler H/L Alenza Plus include:

    • A quiet, comfortable all-season ride due to a finely tuned tread pattern;
    • A unique tread pattern and EverBlack sidewall that preserves the tire's appearance over time; and
    • Bridgestone's Eco-Product designation, as the tire is partially made from recycled materials and features low-rolling resistance for better fuel-efficiency.

    The tire succeeds the Dueler H/L Alenza introduced in 2004. It is available in 34 sizes in 15- to 20-inch rim diameters, from 235/75R15 to 275/55R20, BATO said.
