New NACE/CARS website goes live

COLLEYVILLE, Texas (April 3, 2014) — The organizers of the NACE and CARS show have launched a website for attendees to register and find information on the co-located events, to be held July 28-Aug. 2 in Detroit.

The website can be accessed at www.NACEexpo.com or www.CARSevent.com. The shows—the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE) and Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS)—are sponsored by Automotive Service Association (ASA).

“With so many new things happening around this long-standing conference and expo, it was important to roll out a new website. The event has so many positive changes in training, education and displays, and they are now accurately reflected by this site,” said Dan Risley, ASA president and executive director,

NACE/CARS 2014 will feature technical training, business education, demonstrations, networking and technology showcases for stakeholders, owners, managers and technicians in the collision and service repair industries.

The new website features a modern look, improved navigation, quick response, and a parallel mobile site, according to organizers. Updates on the show can be found on the site's home page and via social media channels.

Hotel reservations can now be made via the Travel section of the website for the week of July 27 and all events taking place during “Industry Week” in Detroit. These include board and association meetings on July 28; the CIC meeting July 29; I-CAR Conference 2014 and Gala 35th Anniversary Networking Event, July 30; and the NACE/CARS 2014 Conference + Expo, July 30-Aug. 2.
