CLEVELAND (March 10, 2014) — Doug Scott, Ford Truck marketing manager, speaks about the new Ford F-150 at the recent Cleveland Auto Show in this video.

Mr. Scott said Ford is using high-strength military grade aluminum alloys and high strength steel. He said the truck needs to “do more, in less time, for less money.”

He outlines many other features of the F-150, such as blind spot monitoring with cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, etc.

The F-150 is a broad line up, so tires will run from 17- to 20-inch rims.
