Vogue President Greg Hathcock said partnering with E&G "is a great opportunity for Vogue Tyre, E&G and our collective customers. We know that combining the strengths of both organizations will allow both companies to provide better service and support to our customers.
"It's great that we can celebrate our 100th anniversary by aligning with E&G."
Vogue sells, markets and distributes aftermarket tires—including its classic whitewall and gold stripe tires for passenger cars—along with wheels and accessories nationwide.
"E&G's expertise in manufacturing and design aligns very well with Vogue Tyre's strengths in the areas of marketing, sales and distribution," said Lynn Eash, general manager of E&G Classics. "We are re-energized and refocused on growing our custom grille and ground effects businesses."
Savage, Md.-based-E&G makes a range of aftermarket accessories such as simulated convertible roof packages, custom grilles, exterior spare-tire kits and ground-effect kits. It distributes through a network of more than 100 distributors in every major metropolitan market in the U.S.
Vogue Tyre, founded in 1914, invented the whitewall tire in the early 1900s. The company operates a nationwide sales and distribution network of warehouses and offers vehicle customization packages by providing custom tires, wheels and accessories through new car dealerships, select tire dealers and company-operated custom centers.
