NASHVILLE — In this video, taken at Goodyear's recent national dealer conference in Nashville, Goodyear Chairman and CEO Rich Kramer speaks about future consumers and how they are in control more than ever before.
"They're going to have higher expectations that are going to be hard, if not impossible, to ignore," he said.
Mr. Kramer said the future consumer is going to place an emphasis on the experience, not just the product, brands can offer.
"An important factor of that experience is going to be how the consumers come into contact with those brands," he said.
The future consumer is going to be looking at if a website was easy to look at from a smartphone or if it has all the content they need.
