BETHESDA, Md. (Jan. 8, 2014) — The Car Care Council (CCC) has launched a "Maintenance Mondays" weekly Instagram campaign, designed to offer drivers visual information on car care.
Using its new Instagram account, the Car Care Council said it will share image and video tips for maintenance every Monday. It also will share them on its other social media outlets.
Posts will include do-it-yourself videos, preventive maintenance tips and information on choosing an automotive professional when needed, the CCC said.
"It's our New Year's resolution to help consumers better understand car maintenance, and these days it is best done in images and videos," said Rich White, the council's executive director.
Consumers can also find the pictures on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest by searching for "#MaintenanceMondays."
