Del. owner is top Meineke franchisee

LEWES, Del. (Dec. 19, 2013)—Meineke Car Care Centers, part of Driven Brands Inc., recently named Dave Repass, owner of Meineke Car Care Center of Lewes, its Franchisee of the Year.

Meineke said the Lewes Meineke center, which is in its second year in operation and broke its own sales record, has a focus on building personal, lasting friendships with customers and has one of the highest customer retention rates in the country.

“Truly, all the credit goes out to our community. The community has embraced us in so many ways and given us a chance to develop relationships with them,” Mr. Repass said about the award.

The location's level of involvement in the community also defines its success, Meineke said, including providing 102 free oil changes to veterans and more than 200 chicken dinners to active and non-active to service members for Veteran's Day.

The center also offers sponsorships to local Cape Henlopen teams and volunteers in several community beach clean-up projects.
