PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (Nov. 12, 2013) — TBC Corp.'s Midas Total Car Care brand is updating its "Trust the Midas touch" marketing identity and has now taken its efforts to social media.
"We're seizing an opportunity to do what no one else in our industry is doing," said Brian LePorin, Midas' director of marketing.
"Midas is treating social media as a true media channel, with the same demand for creative excellence as our broadcast channels like television."
He said most people are not using Facebook to learn how to measure tire tread depth, but to be entertained, inspired or rewarded. "If Midas can deliver the kind of content users truly want, our brand wins," Mr. LePorin said.
