PROVIDENCE, R.I.—Brian Bergeron Designs (BBD), a jewelry company specializing in automotive, motorcycle and mountain bike “Tire Ring” designs, has acquired licensing rights from Interco Tire Corp. to produce the Super Swamper TSL/Bogger Tire Ring.
The new ring's design is based on Interco's Super Swamper TSL/Bogger tire. According to Interco's website, The TSL/Bogger was developed primarily for the professional mud bogger. It is D.O.T. approved and street legal, and it also is easy to modify for cut, open and pro stock competition classes, the company said.
BBD has been taking orders for the new line of tire rings since August. It is available in a range of sizes for men and women in sterling silver, yellow and white gold (10, 14 and 18 karat), platinum, palladium and cobalt. Prices start at $148 for a sterling silver ring.
BBD owner Brian Bergeron said he was approached several years back by a member of the Interco team to make the tire.
“At the time we were tied up with another project at our studio, but I have revived communication with Interco and sent some prototypes for feedback,” he said. “The rings got rave reviews from both the president and vice president, and we are pleased to announce that you can now order one for yourself or someone you know that loves to get muddy.”
The TSL/Bogger is BBD's first licensed tire design. The company sells several other non-specific tire ring designs as well.
