LAS VEGAS (Oct. 31, 2013) — The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) will present a seminar on the healthcare reform law and provide free consultations at the upcoming SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
"Whether you're a business owner or an employee, it's critical that you understand the requirements of the new health care reform law," Diamond Bar, Calif.-based SEMA said. Although the Affordable Care Act's (ACA) employer mandate penalties have been delayed one year until 2015, the trade group noted that other obligations impacting companies of all sizes and their workers will still take effect in 2013 and 2014.
