WASHINGTON (Oct. 31, 2013) — Brian Riley will succeed Isabel Jasinowski as head of Goodyear's government relations office in Washington when Ms. Jasinowski retires next February after 32 years with the tire maker.

Mr. Riley, who has nearly 30 years' experience working in Washington and with state governments, joined Goodyear in 2008 as director of federal and state affairs, Akron-based Goodyear said.
Ms. Jasinowski has been vice vice president, government relations since 1995 and a corporate officer since April 2001. She joined Goodyear in 1981 and was director of federal legislative affairs up to her 1995 promotion.
She started her career as director of local issues for Gov. Jimmy Carter's 1976 presidential campaign.Thereafter she worked in the U.S. Department of Commerce, running the Office of Business Liaison.
Dave Bialosky, Goodyear's senior vice president and general counsel, said Mr. Riley's extensive experience will help ensure Goodyear's critical issues are understood by key members of government."
Nathan Facey, former deputy chief of staff for Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio, will join Goodyear Nov. 1 to fill Mr. Riley's position.
Mr. Facey brings more than 10 years of experience in business and government positions with Rep. Kaptur's office, 3M Corp. and Carlson Brand Enterprise.
