WASHINGTON, D.C. (Oct. 30, 2013) — The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) will release the results tomorrow of a three-year study on how the Affordable Care Act (ACA) will affect the small-business community.
NFIB Senior Fellow William Dennis and Kevin Kuhlman, manager of legislative affairs, will brief reporters on the study findings at 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 31. Interested parties can listen in on a conference call.
In general, the NFIB said it has found that the overwhelming majority of small-business owners continue to experience increased health insurance premiums.

The NFIB itself is in favor of replacing the ACA with "real healthcare reform that helps address the number-one problem small businesses face — the high cost of healthcare." It has posted a position paper on its website.
