WIXOM, Mich.—TRW Automotive Aftermarket is offering a range extension for its premium disc brake pads in North America.
The range extension comprises 54 part numbers and will provide coverage for an additional 12 million vehicles, the company said, bringing the total number of references in the program to more than 800 and covering nearly 94 percent of the vehicles in operation in North America.
Of the 54 part numbers, 47 are ceramic and seven are semi-metallic. Forty-three references have installation hardware included in the box. The applications cover a range of makes and models including: 2013 Hyundai Elantra, Veloster, Equus; 2013 Honda Civic, Pilot, Ridgeline; 2013 Ford F150, Focus, Escape; 2013 Chrysler/Dodge, Town & Country, Caravan and Journey and the 2013 BMW 3 series, Mercedes G-Class.
