FULLERTON, Calif. – (Oct. 3, 2013) — Yokohama Tire Corp. (YTC) has hired Robert Harrelson as its new vice president of human resources and administration.
Mr. Harrelson will be responsible for the integration of human resources strategies, plans and programs across all of YTC's North American operations, YTC said. He replaces Rex Simpson, who retired in September.
Prior to joining Fullerton-based YTC, Mr. Harrelson was a senior director of human resources for Dr Pepper Snapple Group North America and Mexico. He also was the senior director of human resources-supply chain for United Parcel Service. He holds a Bachelor's degree in administration and a Master's degree in business from Universidad, Complutense, de Madrid in Madrid, Spain.
