MOBILE, Ala. (Sept. 6, 2013) — Automotive supplier BBB Industries L.L.C. has added Joel Farina to its management team.
The company described Mr. Farina as having "a strong legacy of customer relationships, strategy development and people leadership." Effective immediately, he becomes BBB's senior vice president-aftermarket retail sales.
Mr. Farina, who reports to Executive Vice President Trey Smart, will develop strategy and lead BBB's sales and service efforts, the company said.
"Recent acquisitions have given us a significant presence in the retail channel," Mr. Smart said, "and we are extremely fortunate that an individual of Joel's capability and experience was available to take on this role for our company."
Joe Felicelli, BBB's CEO, said as the company continues "to grow our product lines and customer base, we want to add people that reflect our passion and our drive for excellence in serving our customers."
Mobile-based BBB Industries is a remanufacturer and distributor of alternators and starters to the automotive, medium and heavy-duty truck, industrial, agriculture, small engine and other markets. The company also manufactures and remanufactures power steering products for the automotive OE and aftermarkets, and remanufactures brake calipers for the light duty market.
