BOWIE, Md. (Aug. 27, 2013) — The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is offering an online version of its Spanish Basic Commercial Tire Service (CTS) and Fleet Tire Service training.
The training programs are 200-Level Basic programs designed for new hires and employees in need of training mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Regulation 29 CFR 1901.177, TIA said.
"Our online university is the perfect solution for companies who want to provide their employees with the best training," said Kevin Rohlwing, TIA's senior vice president of training. "Now that the Spanish versions of these programs are available online, commercial tire and fleet maintenance companies with Spanish-speaking technicians can take advantage of the tremendous efficiencies and costs of online training."
