MERRIMACK, N.H. (Aug. 21, 2013) — Wade Gatlin, vice president of Commercial Solutions Mining at Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, will headline the upcoming InfoExpo Conference sponsored by software systems and services provider ASA Automotive Systems L.L.C.

The annual event, for tire dealers and automotive service shop operators, will be held Sept. 21-25 at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, Tenn. Mr. Gatlin will talk about how the tire maker is "taking strategic steps to better serve their customers, aptly named The Boss."

Mr. Gatlin will discuss how Bridgestone employees are developing new approaches to common business situations in order to meet or exceed customers' expectations. Key concepts, according to ASA, include an "emphasis on the Bridgestone essence, the company's overall mission and foundation, and the four pillars" that outline the company's strategic goals.

Other featured general session speakers at the InfoExpo will include Alicia Gibson, managing partner of IXG Consulting Group, who will present an update on healthcare reform, and Matt Winslow, director of speakers and content for the Automotive Training Institute, who will share "Secrets to Creating Effective Employees."

Ken Halle, president of ASA Automotive Systems, said the conference's agenda "hits on numerous topics and technology innovations that our customers will find valuable. The ASA team has spent a lot of time talking with our customers about what matters to them most, and the InfoExpo conference agenda reflects this."

To register for the InfoExpo, visit ASA's website. Registration deadline is Aug. 23.

Merrimack-based ASA develops licensed and cloud-based software solutions for independent tire dealerships and auto repair shops.
