Mr. Gatlin will discuss how Bridgestone employees are developing new approaches to common business situations in order to meet or exceed customers' expectations. Key concepts, according to ASA, include an "emphasis on the Bridgestone essence, the company's overall mission and foundation, and the four pillars" that outline the company's strategic goals.
Other featured general session speakers at the InfoExpo will include Alicia Gibson, managing partner of IXG Consulting Group, who will present an update on healthcare reform, and Matt Winslow, director of speakers and content for the Automotive Training Institute, who will share "Secrets to Creating Effective Employees."
