    MEMPHIS (Aug. 9, 2013) — Point-of-sale business solutions supplier Navex Inc. has chosen Demandforce Inc. as its preferred marketing and communications software for the 500 dealers nationwide using Navex products.

    Tire dealers and auto repair shop owners who use Navex will now be able to streamline and automate marketing efforts while helping increase customer engagement, DemandForce said.

    Through social media features and easy-to-use tools such as email campaigns and targeted promotions, Navex shops can communicate effectively and efficiently with their customers using targeted messages to drive car count, DemandForce said.

    Additionally, Demandforce said Memphis-based Navex selected it because it helps shops market their services more effectively by:

    • Improving online reputation on sites such as Google, Facebook and CitySearch;
    • Reminding customers of their vehicles' service needs, as well as measuring satisfaction to ensure all customers have a great experience; and
    • Leveraging the data in the dealer's Navex system to create individual rules for communicating to customers using Demandforce's revolutionary recurring campaigns functionality.

    "We pride ourselves on creating a complete, consistent, and quality solution for our customers, whether they are one location or 100 locations," said Clark Brown, president of Navex.

    "Incorporating Demandforce's full-circle marketing and communication capabilities is one more way we help our shops set themselves apart as leaders in the industry."

    Shops using both Demandforce and Navex will also automatically become part of the Demandforce Network, a system that offers Navex dealers the opportunity to reach more than 40 million consumers throughout the U.S. and Canada who are customers of non-competing businesses.

    "We understand the importance of providing a great customer experience," said Jordan MacAvoy, head of business development for the Demandforce Services Division. "With that in mind, we've developed a world-class product to help shop owners market their business in a way that's great for their customers and great for the business."

    Demandforce is a business unit within Intuit Inc., a provider of business and financial management solutions for a wide array of businesses and financial institutions. Amongi its flagship products and services are QuickBooks, Quicken and TurboTax.

    Navex is a subsidiary of Distribution Service Technologies, a developer of e-Business and ERP support software solutions specializing in the automotive and heavy-duty parts distribution and repair industries.
