BRAMPTON, Ontario (Aug. 7, 2013) — Sailun Tire Co. Ltd. recently hosted members of Parent Tested, Parent Approved (PTPA) for a day of test-driving tires on a closed track at the Powerade Centre in Brampton
Eleven members of PTPA, along with professional drivers, were invited to test Sailun's Atrezzo Z4+ tires through wet and dry slaloms and a pre-designed course, according to the tire maker.
Participants "learned about the value tier and how it makes up almost 25 percent of tire purchases," Sailun said, "and how a budget-friendly tire does not have to compromise safety or performance." They also learned how to select a tire for the family vehicle and how maintenance and regular tire checks are essential for the longevity and safety of a tire.
Sailun noted that its Atrezzo all-season and Ice Blazer winter tires have been awarded the PTPA Media Seal of Approval for product quality. The group evaluates and reviews products through a testing program that is composed of the largest volunteer parent testing community in North America, according to Sailun, adding that the PTPA "has quickly gained recognition as an international leader in certifying consumer products for quality, effectiveness and value."
It has a volunteer testing community of more than 40,000 parents, and the PTPA Media was rated the "most trusted seal" by 22,000 parents, Sailun said.
