LEVERKUSEN, Germany (July 12, 2013) — Specialty chemicals company Lanxess A.G. is relocating its headquarters to Cologne, and will officially manage its global operations from the Lanxess Tower, Deutz, as of Aug. 1.
Production will not affected by the move, the company said, and will remain at current locations.
Christoph Sieder, the company's senior vice president for corporate communications, described the move as "a new era beginning for Lanxess."
