NEW YORK — Standard Motor Products Inc.'s (SMP) TechSmart Mystery Shopper promotion will give counter salespeople working for TechSmart distributors across the U.S. a chance to win money.
During the promotion, which runs through the end of August, TechSmart Mystery Shoppers will visit distributors of SMP's TechSmart line of enhanced engine control parts, and will anonymously ask sales associates to recommend a part based on one of several scenarios. Those who recommend TechSmart products will win $25 gift cards.
"In addition to the in-store visits, the promotion will be supported through digital advertising in national online publications, extensive social media interaction and mystery shopper backroom posters, SMP said.
"TechSmart is fast becoming recognized for its innovation, engineering expertise and superior product quality," said Phil Hutchens, vice president, engine management marketing. "This promotion is one way to raise awareness of TechSmart at the counter and to reward our many supporters."
