NORWELL, Mass. (June 28, 2013) — Sullivan Tire & Auto Service has rolled out a new homepage.
"We are continually looking at ways to improve our customer experience in all facets of our business," said Mark Gillard, Sullivan Tire marketing representative, "and I believe the refresh of our homepage reflects on that commitment."
Among the upgrades on the page are a cleaner design and better user interface, enhanced graphics to highlight current promotions, Sullivan Tire said, and more emphasis on the company's auto service and repair capabilities.
It also features a feedback button, providing customers with a simple way to provide comments. Customers also can schedule service appointments from the homepage, which has been one of the website's popular features, according to the dealership.
Sullivan Tire operates 66 retail locations and 15 Commercial Truck Tire Centers throughout Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
