ROCHESTER, N.Y. (June 19, 2013) — Automotive repair and tire chain Monro Muffler Brake Inc. will participate in the Oppenheimer 13th Annual Consumer Conference in Boston.
John Van Heel, Monro's president and CEO, is scheduled to make a presentation for the company at 9:30 a.m. ET Wednesday, June 26. The conference runs June 25-26 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston.
A live webcast of Mr. Heel's presentation will be available via the Investor Relations section of Monro's website and will be archived for two weeks, Monro said.
According to its website, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., a subsidiary of Oppenheimer Holdings Inc., is an investment bank and full-service investment firm "that provides financial services and advice to high net worth investors, individuals, businesses and institutions." The firm's conferences are only open to established institutional clients of Oppenheimer.
Rochester-based Monro operates a chain of stores providing automotive undercar repair and tire services under the brand names of Monro Muffler Brake and Service, Mr. Tire, Tread Quarters Discount Tires, Autotire, Tire Warehouse, Tire Barn and Towery's Tire and Auto Care.
