RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (June 19, 2013) — Falken Tire Corp. has launched P.E.A.K. Training — an acronym for Performance, Education, Achievement, Knowledge Training — a sales tool available for all direct and associate Falken dealers.
Falken said the general scope of the P.E.A.K Training Site is for Falken Tire dealers to have a Web-based tool where they can learn about all aspects of Falken.
"The P.E.A.K training program will be an important piece in helping our dealers learn more about our brand and product," said Andrew Hoit, vice president of marketing at Falken Tire.
"In the last year, Falken has launched our Fanatic Associate Dealer Program, multiple national consumer rebates, and now the P.E.A.K online dealer training. We will continue to provide tools to our dealers which we feel will help them succeed in today's market."
Features of P.E.A.K. Training include:
• Falken branding: Its purpose is to educate participants on a general overview of Falken—from its history, quality and distribution, to how Motorsports is utilized to build brand awareness.
• Tire basics: A refresher course for some, Falken said this module "will be a great way for those new to the industry to understand the general nomenclature of the tire business."
• Passenger car: This module covers Falken's most popular tread designs, with the aim to aid site users in recommending the correct Falken passenger car tires to consumers.
• Light truck and SUV: Like the passenger car module, the LT/SUV module focuses on products like the WildPeak A/T, Azenis FK433CC and the Ziex S/TZ05, educating site users on how to properly recommend Falken products to consumers.
The Rancho Cucamonga-based tire marketer said once users have passed all four training courses, they will have the option of choosing Falken-branded incentive items.
