MERRIMACK, N.H. (June 5, 2013) — ASA Automotive Systems L.L.C. has named Mike Provencher director of customer services.
ASA said it is a new role that "is consistent with ASA's ongoing focus on providing value that matters most to the client."
In his new position, Mr. Provencher will be an "integral part" of the senior management team, ASA said, and will direct and manage ASA's customer service organization, including the Installation and Training Group, the Documentation Group, and the Software Support Group. Mr. Provencher's key focus will be to continue to enhance support to ASA customers through improved process development, including internal and external communication and timely responses to customer needs.
ASA said Mr. Provencher brings to ASA more than 10 years' experience in a director/vice president role in the software/technology industry, with "proven strong management skills" in the areas of project management, customer service, professional services and technical support.
"Mike's background includes directing customer care organizations and providing strategic operational leadership across diverse teams and functions. His knowledge and ability to understand how to solve complex problems makes him a valuable resource," said Scott Hopkins, vice president of operations at ASA Automotive.
"ASA's business continues to grow and we believe adding Mike to our executive team will help enhance our performance further to increase customer satisfaction and deliver more positive business results."
Merrimack-based ASA Automotive markets the TireMaster family of Web-based products for the tire and automotive aftermarket.
