LAS VEGAS (June 4, 2013) — The 2013 General Tire Mint 400, presented by Polaris, will premiere a two-hour special on SPEED Channel.
The program will begin at 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT June 8.
This year more than 250 race teams participated in the Mint 400 desert racecourse, according to Conti, with the overall lead changing seven times and less than half of the competitors finishing the race.
The television special will also simulcast on Race-Dezert.com and UTVUnderground.com worldwide.
Conti said the PT's Bar & Grill Off-Road Takeover—where 50-plus PT locations will simultaneously premiere The Mint 400—will hold a premier party at the Las Vegas location, 2430 E. Pebble St. It will feature drink specials, product giveaways and a raffle, with professional drivers on hand to autograph memorabilia.
