FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (June 4, 2013) — Hennelly Tire & Auto Inc. has launched an iPhone application that bundles several features offered at its Tire Choice & Total Car Care retail stores to help customers get the best automotive services for the best price.
Among the features bundled in the app are:
• Store Locator—which displays the address and contact information for the nearest Tire Choice storefronts based on the user's location, a feature Tire Choice calls "very useful" to users who are broken down in an unfamiliar area.
Users also can mark a location as "preferred." The app remembers this preference and incorporates it into other functions. Tire Choice has 35 locations throughout south Florida.
• Shop for Tires—which allows users to search the dealership's inventory of tires, including pricing information. The app allows users to ask for a price quote, which will be honored at their preferred Tire Choice location.
• Appointment Scheduler—allows users to schedule an appointment for automotive service by submitting their vehicle information and brief description of repair/maintenance concerns.
• Specials—which keeps users up to date about all of the latest sales, coupons and special offers available at the Florida-based dealership.
The app also allows users to maintain a personal profile to help Tire Choice track contact information and vehicle information in order to provide better, faster service, the company said.
Users can download the Tire Choice app at the Applie itunes website and review there as well, Hennelly Tire said.
Hennelly Tire is the 27th largest independent tire dealership in the U.S., based on Tire Business' most recent ranking. The stores average nearly $1.3 million in annual sales—split 40/60 between tires and auto service.
The dealership serves five metro areas throughout South Florida—Tampa (11 stores), Sarasota/Bradenton (4), Fort Myers/Naples (7), Fort Lauderdale (4) and West Palm Beach/Stuart/Port St. Lucie (6)—and in a community north of Orlando called The Villages (3).
