BETHESDA, Md. (May 21, 2013) — The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) has released its two major online publications, the Digital Aftermarket Factbook 2014 and its extended version, the Digital Aftermarket Factbook & Lang Annual 2014.
The Digital Aftermarket Factbook contains key economic indicators for the auto aftermarket; a Channel Forecast model; financial profiles for aftermarket companies, including merger and acquisition activities; replacement rates for motor vehicle parts and jobs; and information on key aftermarket segments, among other information.
The Lang Annual section includes extended data, including a sales volume analysis of 80 key products; service market product volume by major type of service outlet; and the number of jobbers in the U.S. by geographic area.
New content in both publications includes a U.S. economic update by Timothy Nash of Northwood University; an extended industry forecast through 2016 by HIS Global Insight; and a new "State of the Industry" summary by Babcox Media.
The Digital Aftermarket Factbook 2014 is available at $200 per copy for AAIA members and $500 for non-members. For the Digital Aftermarket Factbook & Lang Annual 2014, the cost is $650 for AAIA members, $1,300 for non-members.
