LAKE FOREST, Ill. (May 6, 2013) — Automotive supplier Tenneco Inc. will hold its annual meeting of stockholders at 10 a.m. CDT on Wednesday, May 15.
The meeting, at the company's corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, is open to holders of common stock of record at the close of business on March 18. They will be entitled to vote at the meeting or by proxy on the items of business as set forth in the proxy statement.
In addition to formal business matters, Gregg Sherrill, Tenneco's chairman and CEO, will review financial results for the year ended Dec. 31 and discuss the company's 2013 strategic priorities.
A live listen-only webcast can be accessed by going to the "Financial/Investors" portion of the company's website at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting to register and download any necessary software. The webcast will include an audio transmission of the proceedings and slides used in the speaker presentation. Voting will not be available electronically through the webcast, according to the company.
Tenneco designs, manufactures and markets clean air and ride performance products and systems for automotive and commercial vehicle original equipment markets and the aftermarket under the principal brand names Monroe, Walker, XNOx and CleviteElastomer.
