BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (April 10, 2013) — The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) expects more than 350 member volunteer leaders and VIPs to participate in its Spring Leadership Days, scheduled for May 1-3 in Bonita Springs.
The three-day event features 30 meetings and events, including meetings of standard, segment and special committees, advisory groups, the executive committee and the board of directors, AAIA said.
There also will be a volunteer recognition dinner, as well as a May 2 luncheon presentation, "Understanding the Impacts of the Affordable Care Act/Health Care Reform," by Anita Baker, CPA, CEBS, managing partner of CliftonLarsonAllen.
AAIA volunteers gather twice a year to work on issues and initiatives important to AAIA membership, said Kathleen Schmatz, AAIA President and CEO.
