BOWIE, Md.—The Tire Industry Association's (TIA) 58th Annual OTR Tire Conference, held Feb. 20-23 in Puerto Rico, exceeded 500 attendees, including dozens of first-time registrants.
Attendees at the conference represented 33 U.S. states and 18 countries. The number of international attendees was the highest in conference history, TIA said.
During the conference, TIA conducted political action committee (TirePAC) fundraisers that netted $3,380.
The 2014 OTR Conference will take place Feb. 19-22 at the Marco Island Marriott Resort & Golf Club in Marco Island, Fla.
