GARNER, Iowa (March 8, 2013) — Iowa Mold Tooling Co. Inc. (IMT), an Oshkosh Corp. company, has promoted Laurie Johnson to the position of customer support manager.
IMT said Ms. Johnson most recently served as the company's manager of global procurement and supply chain and has worked at IMT for more than 13 years.
"Ensuring our focus is always on the customer is instrumental to our continued success," said Jim Hasty, general manager of IMT. "Laurie's commitment to customer service, her extensive knowledge of our processes and dedication to IMT will certainly serve to strengthen the company's commitment to our customers. We are confident that Laurie will drive continued improvement in our customer support services, and that will help ensure our success."
IMT said Ms. Johnson's responsibilities will include overseeing the company's marketing efforts, along with the customer support team, which consists of customer service, order entry and master scheduling.
