AKRON, Ohio (Feb. 26, 2013) — Myers Industries Inc. will conduct its annual meeting of shareholders on Friday, April 26.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Eastern time at the Louis S. Myers Training Center at 1554 South Main Street in Akron. The company's board of directors set March 4 as the record date for shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting.
Akron-based Myers is an international manufacturer of polymer products for industrial, agricultural, automotive, commercial and consumer markets. Its Myers Tire Supply Distribution Inc. unit distributes tools, equipment and tire repair materials for the automotive and tire industries.
