RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (Feb. 13, 2013) — Kumho Tire U.S.A., which enhanced its Premium Fuel associate dealer program late last year, is extending the increased benefits throughout 2013.
The benefits include an expanded eligible tire line up, increased profit potential, lower requirements to earn and no cap on how much associate dealers can make in program profits, the company said.
The Fuel program began in 2007 and last year program participation surged 57 percent, with almost 5,000 associate dealers enrolled, according to Kumho.
Associate dealers can earn bonus cash on every eligible Kumho Ecsta, Solus and Road Ventured tire they sell. Associate dealers collect payouts on a quarterly basis based on the quantity and patterns purchased. Kumho said it also is offering an annual catch-up bonus on all units sold to ensure the dealer achieves maximum profit for Kumho purchases.
The tire maker also is offering additional marketing support and new point-of-sale materials to all currently enrolled and new Premium Fuel dealers.
