ST. GEORGE, Utah (Jan. 21, 2013) — ContactPoint and Tiremetrix L.L.C. will host a webinar designed to help tire dealers increase revenue and utilize technology in their shops.
"2013 Tire Dealer: Which Technologies Will Make You More Money this Year" will be held at 1 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Jan. 23. ContactPoint, service provider of LogMyCalls, said it will present case studies from several tire dealerships using LogMyCalls to optimize marketing and increase sales. The session will include hard data and actionable tactics to improve sales and marketing, including one case study that will detail how a dealership with six locations increased close rates by nearly 300 percent and increased phone calls received from 400 per month to 1500 per month, the company claims.
"We're excited to present this webinar with Tiremetrix," said Jason Wells, CEO of ContactPoint. "Our goal is to provide tire dealers with very actionable information so they can improve their business."
Tiremetrix said it will discuss how tire dealers can implement technology solutions—including software as a service (SaaS)—at their businesses. This section of the webinar will also have case studies showing how dealers across the U.S. and Canada are using the company's cloud-based TPMS Manager program to save money and improve their business.
"Most tire dealers use software as a service to run their business, from accounting software, to point of sale, dealer websites and tire and wheel lookup programs, among others," said Joe Donehue, Tiremetrix president and founder. "SaaS products represent one of the fastest growing segments of service tire dealers need to stay ahead and remain competitive and informed.
"Our product TPMS Manager is essentially a cloud based category manager for TPMS. SaaS is simply smart, cost effective business tools."
