LAS VEGAS—OTC, a division of Service Solutions L.L.C., unveiled a full-service website at the 2012 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas.

The company said the site—www.OTCparts.com—provides tools and resources that will make it easy for shop owners and technicians to order and purchase OTC mechanical replacement parts directly.

Mike Tuttle, director of services and parts, said the new website's goal is to be “the ultimate source for customers to quickly order parts and find the service they need.”

Owatonna, Minn.-based OTC said with the site designed as a central hub with streamlined navigation, the process of buying replacement parts for OTC tools and equipment is simplified for shop owners and techs. Users can search for products ranging from hard tools, such as pullers and adapter kits, to heavy-duty and hydraulic shop equipment.

Phil Bowman, product manager, parts and services, said the site will strengthen the overall customer service experience.
