PLYMOUTH, Minn. (Nov. 29, 2011) — Private brand marketer Countrywide Tire & Rubber Co. and buying cooperative Del-Net Tire Corp. are expanding a partnership that allows Del-Nat stockholders to contact Countrywide directly to order products Countrywide stocks.
The program, called Countrywide Direct, provides Del-Net stockholders access to Countrywide's portfolio of lawn and garden, specialty trailer, agricultural and other specialty tires and inner tubes that don't overlap with products stocked by Del-Nat, Countrywide said.
The offerings cover Countrywide's various brand names: its own Rubbermaster and Mastertrack brands and the imported Deli and Deestone brands.
The program, in place since late 2010, offers pre-paid shipping with no limitations or requirements, a dedicated support team for timely and efficient customer service, fill rates exceeding 97 percent and Countrywide's “Ultimate Advantage Warranty,” which covers road and field hazards and provides free replacement, no pro-rating, no time-consuming forms and no shipping back tires/wheels
Plymouth-based Countrywide also is working to establish online ordering for the Del-Nat stockholders.
