MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (July 29, 2011) — Tire International Environmental Solutions Inc., a tire recycler and rubber products manufacturer, has added James Rozier, former Berkeley County (South Carolina) supervisor, to its board of directors.
Mr. Rozier served as Berkeley County supervisor and chairman of Berkeley County Council for 16 years, elected for the first time in November 1990 and re-elected in 1994, 1998 and 2002. While serving as supervisor, he helped the county to attract more than $8.5 billion in industrial investments and creating more than 43,000 jobs in the process, Tire International said.
He spent 30 years in national and international corporate management and operation of his own small businesses. In addition, he has served on various boards and commissions, including the board of trustees for Trident Medical Center, board of directors for the Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce and past president of the State Administrators and Supervisors Association, among others.
