CYPRESS, Calif. (Jan. 19, 2011) — Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. is returning as a sponsor and the official tire of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) for 2011.
After serving as the official tire from 2006 to 2008, the Toyo logo will again adorn the sides of the "Octagon” during six live UFC pay-per-view events this year and will be included on the canvas for select UFC Fight Night events broadcast on Versus and Spike TV cable channels.
The first event to feature the Toyo logo will be UFC Fight Night: Fight for the Troops 2, which is scheduled to air Jan. 22 on Spike TV. The logo will make its first pay-per-view appearance of the year Feb. 5 at UFC 126: Silva vs. Belfort.
